Signed the MOU with IOAS – 2022 December 20

A memorandum Of Understanding was signed on 20th of December 2022 by the University of Ruhuna and Institute of Astronomy in order to collaborate and develop the Telescope which was the outcome of research undertaken by the Department of Physics, University of Ruhuna.
On behalf of the University of Ruhuna, Senior Professor, Sujeewa Amarasena - The Vice Chancellor, University of Ruhuna, Dr. Lahiru Prabodha - Director Technology Transfer Office, University of Ruhuna, Mrs. P.S. Kalugama, Registrar, University of Ruhuna, signed to the agreement. On behalf of the IOAS, Mr. Sameera Rathnayake and Mrs. Thathsarani Bulathsinghala, Directors of IOAS signed to the agreement.
