Most of instant food are unhealthy and there are studies to show that there is no healthy instant food available
in the restaurants. This developed food item is instant as well as healthy. According to available information, this developed instant food
combination can be used to reduce incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Signing Non-disclosure agreements
University of Ruhuna, Prof. Manik Hettihewa signed to the non –Disclosure agreements with two witness. Muhammeed Imitaz Abdul Wahid signed on
behalf of Cargills Ceylon PLC with two witness.
Signing Licensing agreements
Licensing agreements was signed between the Cargills Ceylon PLC and University of Ruhuna on 26th of August 2020 by transferring the IP worth. For the licensing agreement, Prof Menik Hettihewa, Director Technology Transfer Office signed with another two witness on behalf of the university. Director and secretary of Cargills Ceylon PLC Muhammad Imtiaz Abdul Wahid and Hemali Sagarika Ellawala signed on behalf of Cargills Ceylon PLC.
Vice Chancellor, Senior Prof. Sujeewa Amarasena signed as authority of the University of Ruhuna.
